• Semi thick yarn 8/6 in the colors you like
• Crochet hook 2.5 mm or 2.75 mm
• Black safety eyes size 6 mm
• Polyfiber stuffing for stuffing

Fill the trunk securely.

Make 1 sl st, cut the thread leaving a little rest for sewing.
Finish filling well and close the head.

Note: You can close the head with 6 sc. To do this, do Row 24 and knit 6 dec, close with 1 sl st. I like to close with 12 sc as shown in the pictures. You can give the eyes a little expression by pushing them a little inside the head if you like.
Ears
Knit 2 identical pieces.
Knit 2 starting in MR, (counts as 1 hdc) and 7 hdc (8 hdc)
Close with 1 sl st, adjust MR well, cut the thread leaving a thread for sewing.
Nostrils
Knit 2 identical pieces.
Hilera 1 . Make 4 runs
Hilera 2 . On the 2nd ch from hook, knit 2 sc and 1 sl st. Make a double knot with both threads, cut the thread leaving some rest for sewing. don’t cut the start

Fill with some polyfiber and insert rattle box.

Make 1 sl st, cut the thread leaving a long thread for sewing. Finish filling well with polyfiber and close the body. Leave a long strand from the body as shown in the 3rd image.
Assembly
• Sew the ears to the head counting 4 turns above the eyes and leaving approx 6 stitches between them.
• Sew the nostrils on row 6 of MR with 4 or 5 stitches approx. With the tapestry needle hide the remaining threads that were inside the chest.
