Hi yarn lovers!
If you’re a fan of adorable safari-themed crochet toys, this Amigurumi Cute Giraffe Free Pattern is bound to steal your heart! Designed by the talented Irina Khimich, this charming giraffe stands about 30 cm (12 inches) tall and is the perfect mix of cuddly and whimsical. With its sweet facial expression and huggable size, it makes a delightful handmade gift for little ones—or a cheerful addition to your own amigurumi collection.
The construction of this crochet giraffe is both enjoyable and beginner-friendly. Each part of the giraffe is crocheted separately using YarnArt Jeans yarn in shades #87, 71, and 01, then stuffed with fiberfill before being carefully stitched together. The use of 12 mm safety eyes gives the giraffe a bright and friendly look, while the 2.0 mm crochet hook helps achieve a neat, dense fabric that holds its shape beautifully. Whether you’re a seasoned crocheter or just getting into amigurumi, this project offers a fun, satisfying experience.

At the end of the pattern, you’ll also find a curated selection of inspiring amigurumi giraffe ideas to spark your creativity and help you personalize your own version.
