Eyes
The eyes are definitely the simplest part. Using a size 2.0 hook, do: White part
Round 1. MR with 6 sc and fasten off as shown in the photo on the side, pull the yarn and take it to the back, passing it through the first stitch. Leave some yarn for sewing.
The black part is the same way, but using Cléa yarn, so that it is a little smaller. Fasten off and cut the yarn.
Arms and Legs
Arms – Size 3.0 hook
Leave a long yarn hanging out at the beginning, as it will be used for sewing
Round 1. Make 11 ch, and in the 4th ch counting from the hook, make 1 slst.
Take the yarn to the back, inserting it into the same stitch where you made the slst and fasten off.
Legs – Hook 3.0
Leave a long thread hanging over at the beginning, as it will be used for sewing
Round 1. Make 12ch, and in the 5th ch counting from the needle, make 1 slst.
Take the thread to the back, inserting it in the same stitch where you made the slst and fasten off.
Simple seams
Place the eyes on top of the head between rows 2 and 4 +/- and sew only the corners, that will be enough.
Then use the silicone glue to stick the black part on top of the white one.
Embroider the mouth using only two legs of embroidery thread.
Embroider the cheeks between rows 5 and 6 with a French knot.
This is how I sewed the arms. I positioned the arms between rows 11 and 12, and took the ends of the threads to the back of the body (in a random stitch), leaving with both ends in the same stitch. I passed only one of the ends through the strap of a nearby stitch, tied a knot with the other thread and hid it inside the body.
I did the same thing with the legs. Sew between rows 15 and 16.
Crown
Mustard color – Needle 2.5
Round 1. Start by making 7ch and in the 3rd ch counting from the needle go back doing: 1sc, 1slst, 1ch, 1dc, 1ch, 1slst, 1sc.
Fasten off and leave a thread for sewing.
Sew on the top of the head centered between the eyes.
Mini Hat
Start with white yarn – Needle size 2.5
Round 1. 6sc in MR
Round 2. 6inc (12)
Round 3. 6dec (6)
Switch to red yarn
Round 4. 3dec (3)
Round 5. 3sc (3)
Round 6. 3inc (6)
Round 7. (1sc, 1inc) repeat 3 times (9)
Round 8. (2sc, 1inc) repeat 3 times (12)
Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing. Sew to the top of the head, centered between the eyes.
